Insurance companies can be intimidating.
We’ll take care of it.
We are with you every step of the way.
01 — Initial Inspection (see below for qualifying pictures)
The first step in replacing your roof is the initial inspection. If you have been in an area hit by a hailstorm, tornado, or hurricane, you NEED to have your roof assessed for damages. If you see missing shingles, leaks, or heavy granular loss, call us for a free, no-obligation inspection. We will have your roof inspected within 48 hours, and provide you with a detailed report that shows your roof condition. If we feel that your roof has sufficient damage to qualify for an insurance claim, we’ll recommend it to you at that time.
02 — Making The Claim
Many homeowners who have never made a claim do not know who their insurance policy is with, their deductible amount, or how the process works. Do not worry, we do this every day; we sit down with you to help file the claim, providing you with all the information needed to successfully begin the claims process.
03 — Insurance Process
At Nick and NIck’s Roofing, we meet every insurance adjuster on-site, to ensure that all damages are acknowledged, and that you are being paid fairly for the damages to your home. We handle any and all supplements to adjusters for you, so in the event some items that were damaged in storms are not included in your claim, we can get you the money you are owed. We work with every insurance company, and have years of experience fighting for homeowners like you. We also can help with with mortgage companies, banks, agents, and other third-parties to expedite your claim.
04 — Our Promise To You
Our motto is, “We keep it simple” and that is why each and every one of our homeowners NEVER pay more than their insurance deductible. We save homeowners on average a total of $10,000 when restoring their house to pre-storm condition. If you think your roof may be getting near the end of it’s life, or even a storm has hit nearby, give us a call today and see how we can do the same for you.
